Who does the setup and how long does it take?

We do the setup: we connect your Instagram and WhatsApp accounts and teach the assistant your business information. The assistant starts writing the moment the Meta approval steps are completed.

Which channels does it work on?

Instagram DM, Instagram comments and WhatsApp Business. For appointments the assistant shares the link to your OWN booking page — DSP does not keep an appointment calendar. External integrations such as a shipping or stock API are not included by default.

Does it take orders and payments?

No. The assistant greets, qualifies and hands the request to you; orders, payments and delivery are completed in your own channel. No payment is taken inside the chat.

What if the AI gives a wrong answer?

Answers are limited to your own knowledge base; when it does not know, it does not guess and passes the conversation to you. You can take over the conversation from the panel at any time.

Where do the leads land?

On the Leads page in the panel: customer, channel, stage (new, interested, quoted) and a link to the conversation. Handed-off requests also reach you as notifications.

Is everything included in the price? Any hidden costs?

Setup, assistant training and monthly maintenance are included. WhatsApp Business API message fees and, if you request it, custom integration development are charged separately.

Can I cancel, is there a commitment period?

There is no commitment period; you can cancel at any time. Setup is free, so you can start without risk.

All your data is stored encrypted on Google Cloud infrastructure. The AI never uses your data for training. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Buyer (Customer):

The natural or legal person who accepts the distance sales agreement. The Buyer's name, email address, billing, and contact details are the information provided during account registration.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations regarding the purchase and use of AI sales assistant platform services (software subscription) offered by the Seller to the Buyer.

3. Service Information

The offered service plans are as follows:

Starter: Monthly ₺499 – 1 AI sales assistant, Instagram DM + WhatsApp
Professional: Monthly ₺999 – 3 AI sales assistants, Instagram DM + WhatsApp

Enterprise plans are not publicly listed; they are offered via custom consultation following needs analysis. For enterprise requests, please contact [email protected].

Prices include applicable taxes. WhatsApp Business API messaging fees are excluded.

4. Payment and Delivery

Payments are processed via credit card (Visa, MasterCard) through iyzico infrastructure. Following payment approval, the service is installed and configured by the Seller; the service is activated upon setup completion. Service delivery is provided digitally as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), not as a physical product.

5. Right of Withdrawal

When the consumer consents to beginning service execution (setup and activation), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. Prior to purchase, the Buyer explicitly consents to immediate service performance and agrees to waive withdrawal rights. Under applicable consumer protection laws and regulations, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's express consent.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

The Buyer may cancel the subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

The service remains active until the end of the billing period.
No refunds are provided for unused days.
Setup is included, so no separate initial fee is charged.
After service performance has commenced, withdrawal cannot be claimed; however, the Buyer may terminate the subscription by disabling renewal for the next billing cycle.

7. Commencement of Service Performance

Upon completing the purchase, the Buyer is deemed to have explicitly consented to the commencement of service setup and configuration. Pursuant to this consent, service performance starts immediately and the Buyer waives the right of withdrawal.

8. Declarations and Undertakings

The Seller undertakes to provide uninterrupted 24/7 service availability.
The Seller protects Buyer data in compliance with KVKK and GDPR regulations.
The Buyer agrees not to abuse the service and to use it in accordance with applicable laws.
The Buyer declares that all provided information is accurate and current.

9. Intellectual Property

Platform software, trademarks, and all intellectual property rights belong exclusively to the Seller. The Buyer receives a license to use the service and has no right to copy, reverse-engineer, or transfer the software to third parties.

10. Dispute Resolution

In any disputes arising from the application of this agreement, Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction. Consumer disputes may also be referred to Consumer Arbitration Committees.

11. Effectiveness

This agreement enters into force at the moment the Buyer approves having read and accepted it on the payment page. The agreement is concluded electronically between the parties.
